Do you like updates? Most people do, including us. But printer software updates might get annoying: they don\u2019t upgrade the product significantly and usually interrupt the printing process.<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\r\nSeveral times a year printer manufacturer\u00a0releases firmware updates that\u00a0can\u00a0block compatible cartridges from working<\/strong>. So, several times a year, our customers might have issues with printing. No worries \u2014 we have already found the solution!\u00a0?<\/p>\r\n

\r\n\r\nTo make your printer run smoothly with compatible cartridges, you may turn off hp printer updates.<\/strong>
Just follow the steps below:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

  1. On your printer control panel, click: Setup > Printer Maintenance > Update the Printer > Printer Update Options > Do Not Check.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  2. For the question “Do you want to turn on Printer Updates<\/strong>?” select “No<\/strong>” and press “Home.<\/strong>“<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    And that’s it!<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n\r\nNow nothing will stop your printing!<\/p>\r\n
