This would be my third set of these cartridges and so far I am very pleased. I had an issue with one of the cartridges from the second set as it was indicating it was empty when in fact it still had about 1/3 to 1/2 ink left when checked visually. I would like to thank Beatrice and Betty for their diligence in trouble shooting and eventually, (2 weeks), not long at all, the sending me a complete set of new cartridges which solved the issue. I will definitely keep using these cartridges and I would like to add that this has been one of the best companies I have dealt with.
