I ordered them a couple days early but due to the CoVid-19, they wouldn’t arrive till April 25th. But what can you do these days? So you can imagine my complete surprise when Amazon arrived this afternoon (a day later) with my replacement cartridges that actually worked just fine! I went to the website and spoke to a guy from Estonia, and shared my experience! Yes this was an awesome customer service experience. I am from a smaller city in Alberta so I am nothing but impressed! I will take a chance on SmartInk… everytime!!!
