Great ink. Even better service. I have an HP printer and when I installed the SmartInk replacements (2nd round) there was a printer error this time. I emailed SmartInk and got a very prompt response and several messages back and forth to help me update the printer firmware so it would work. HP did an auto update that caused it not to work. I was so impressed by the support and concern for me to make sure it worked. I wish they made printers too!
