What amazing service !!!. The first ink cartridges worked but I only needed to replace two of them at the time. When I came to install the others 2 months later, they wouldn’t work because my printer was receiving firmware upgrades without my knowledge. Antony responded immediately and send me a whole replacement set but those didn’t work either… I was prepared to leave it at that but he apologized and sent me another full set. These work flawlessly and the inks are as good as the HP originals. Thank you Smart Ink.
