Great example how excellent customer service solves an issue and keeps the customer happy: cartridges from my initial order were not recognized by my HP (replacement was few months after the order). The printer was running the latest HP firmware with an auto-update option enabled. Contacted customer service and had in 5 minutes: replacement with updated cartridges shipped and short-term solution (downgrade printer firmware) to use existing cartridges implemented.
All in one – great customer service was able to address technical issue caused by the latest printer firmware upgrade.
