I have hesitated to buy 3rd party inks after having disastrous results in the past with leaking cartridges, failures to be read by the printer, or the printer just not printing with inks other than EOM. But being really tired of paying ridiculous prices for Canon inks (and not needing work-critical printing), I took a chance on these several months ago. Finally got to change 3 of my tanks on the Canon Pixma Inkjet. After the change from EOM Canon inks, the printer did not show any error and actually reported the reading of the inks as full. Glad to see that there was no issue with the communication between the printer and the ink cartridges, because I know that is a constant problem with 3rd party inks. I printed a few test pages and they printed fine, with no streaking or weird colors. Time will tell how long they last, but I am hoping that it will be fairly long, since they are the XL cartridges. Anyway, so far, pretty happy.
